Join our expanding team as an Account Executive focused on outbound sales within the EMEA fitness industry. In this remote role based in Ireland or the UK, you'll play a key part in growing our market presence by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting client partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and prospecting to generate new business.
- Deliver customized product demos and presentations that address specific client needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market share.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage a consistent pipeline using Salesforce and SalesLoft.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape sales materials and improve offerings based on client feedback.
- Represent the company at industry events to build visibility and uncover new leads.
- Stay current on product updates and technology to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Work closely with support teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Complete quarterly planning and expense reporting on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of experience in client-facing roles within the fitness or health club industry (a degree may offset experience).
- Strong grasp of B2B sales cycles, from lead generation to closing, especially in EMEA markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with trends and key players in the EMEA fitness sector is a plus.
