About the Role

This position involves driving new business by engaging with potential clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions through persistent follow-up and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls and emails
  • Identify hiring challenges organizations face and align solutions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential recruitment clients
  • Conduct needs assessments during initial client conversations
  • Present service offerings in a clear and compelling manner
  • Follow up consistently with leads to advance sales discussions
  • Track all client interactions and progress in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Stay informed about industry trends impacting hiring demand
  • Use data to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
