CI&T is hiring a Software Architect to define the technical vision and guide the implementation of sophisticated software projects. You will be a key technical leader, responsible for creating robust, scalable architectures and ensuring engineering excellence across our Brazil-based teams.
What You'll Do
- Design and document high-level software architecture for complex systems.
- Lead technical discussions and decisions, providing clear guidance to development teams.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to meet project and business goals.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct architectural reviews and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or Principal/Senior Engineer in a technology-driven company.
- Strong expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Deep knowledge of software design patterns, API design, and system integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term technical strategy.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills to influence and align technical and business teams.
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong professional English proficiency.
