Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical advisor during customer onboarding, providing real-time guidance and hands-on support through direct collaboration.
- Support customers remotely by diagnosing technical issues, evaluating code implementations, and ensuring data accuracy, while monitoring integrations for early problem detection.
- Develop and maintain advanced open-source UI components using TypeScript and React, used globally in modern retail platforms.
- Improve test coverage for widely used REST client SDKs that handle massive daily request volumes.
- Create clear, practical documentation, example applications, and step-by-step guides to accelerate customer integration.
- Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and engineering teams to align feature development with customer requirements.
- Lead Developer Experience initiatives by building intuitive integration tools, detailed documentation, and reference implementations.
