Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architecture teams to define and refine fraud-related initiatives and technical approaches.
- Partner with technical leads and analysts to align fraud solutions with strategic technology roadmaps.
- Contribute to the technical guild by proposing best practices, standards, and architectural patterns.
- Maintain and enhance the current fraud technology landscape, suggesting optimizations and modernization efforts.
- Lead software implementation across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Assess project risks, constraints, and trade-offs related to time, resources, scope, and identify mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders to design and deliver optimal technical solutions.
- Support team workflows by managing cross-team dependencies and ensuring delivery commitments are met.
- Provide production support for fraud systems, including incident prioritization and escalation management.
- Facilitate technical testing activities such as destructive testing, high availability checks, and performance evaluations.
