Responsibilities
- Deliver technical talks at conferences, meetups, and online events
- Create tutorials, blog posts, and sample code for Java developers
- Engage with developers on forums, social media, and community platforms
- Collect and report developer feedback to internal product teams
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tooling for Java
- Represent the brand at industry events and developer summits
- Develop and maintain open-source projects related to Java tools
- Organize and host community coding sessions and workshops
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content
- Monitor trends in the Java ecosystem and developer needs
- Work with marketing to align advocacy efforts with product launches
- Provide input on documentation and onboarding materials
- Support external contributors to Java-related projects
- Advocate for developer experience improvements
- Stay current with JVM language developments and tooling
- Identify key community influencers and foster relationships
- Track engagement metrics and report on outreach impact
- Participate in developer research initiatives
- Assist in designing developer surveys and feedback loops
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing on community insights
