Responsibilities

- Ensure all bookings comply with company standards
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
- Document client interactions and preferences in the CRM system
- Promote add-on services and travel insurance options
- Support marketing initiatives by sharing client insights
- Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing sessions

- Deliver post-travel follow-up to gather feedback
