Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Understanding of hospitality services and ability to convey information clearly to clients.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
