Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical assistance to Italian-speaking users of healthcare technology products via phone, email, and live chat.
- Identify, analyze, and fix software and hardware problems associated with health technology systems.
- Guide clients in understanding product capabilities, features, and effective usage within healthcare environments.
- Document all customer communications and solutions accurately in the CRM platform.
- Work closely with technical and product teams to report complex issues and contribute insights for product enhancements.
- Conduct follow-up engagements with users to confirm issue resolution and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep up to date with advancements in healthcare technology, product updates, and industry developments to improve support quality.
