Mercier Consultancy is hiring an Italian Speaking Customer Representative to deliver outstanding support to our Italian-speaking clientele. In this role, you will engage through multiple channels to resolve customer inquiries efficiently, collaborating closely with your team.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients, ensuring professional and careful handling of all inquiries.
- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Become proficient with our client systems to deliver quality service efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure swift and effective resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken, is essential for effective client communication.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and tools suitable for remote work.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to relocating to Greece for this position.
