Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication liaison for Italian-speaking customers, supporting them through multiple interaction channels, including telephone, electronic correspondence, and instant messaging.
- Manage customer inquiries, efficiently resolve challenges, and provide comprehensive product information promptly and effectively.
- Meticulously record all customer interactions and feedback within our comprehensive customer relationship management system.
- Work collaboratively with interdepartmental teams to identify potential service improvements and implement strategic enhancements.
- Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and organizational policies to deliver precise information and comprehensive customer support.
- Engage actively in team discussions and contribute innovative strategies for elevating overall customer experience.
- Support onboarding processes and mentoring new team members by sharing valuable insights and established best practices.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Italian and English, demonstrating exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or customer experience domains is advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Capacity to navigate conversations with diverse customer demographics while maintaining professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated proficiency with customer relationship management platforms and support technologies.
