About the Role

The specialist will manage end-to-end integration processes for business clients, focusing on technical setup, troubleshooting, and coordination between internal teams and external partners, with an emphasis on clear communication in Italian.

Responsibilities

  • Handle technical integration tasks for new B2B clients
  • Communicate effectively with Italian-speaking stakeholders

  • Assist in post-implementation reviews
