Requirements
- 0–3 years of technical professional experience: Database management, user management, cloud architecture, server management, or operational systems management.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or a related field. Early-career professionals and recent graduates are welcome.
- Strong interest in cloud technologies, enterprise solutions, and IT operations, with a foundational understanding of databases, operating systems, or cloud concepts (preferred).
- Detail-oriented, data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information, solve problems creatively, and communicate ideas clearly.
- Excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and emotional intelligence to thrive in a global, team-oriented environment.
- Curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning—ready to pursue certifications and embrace emerging technologies, including AI.

- During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation may not be approved during some critical times of the program.
- Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
