Internet Travel Solutions is hiring an IT Technician II (International)

Responsibilities

Diagnose and fix operating system problems on workstations independently
Troubleshoot and resolve all types of printer malfunctions without supervision
Address and correct issues with standard office software applications autonomously
Support common line-of-business software like SAGE ERP and QuickBooks, using vendor help when needed for specialized systems
Handle fundamental server-related problems with minimal or no external support
Solve elementary networking issues independently
Respond to incoming technical support requests via the Quick Fix phone line
Take part in a rotating on-call schedule to assist with off-hours and weekend support for remote and on-site operations
