Responsibilities
- Verify that system flows and API endpoints, such as billing, cancellation, and invoicing, are accessible and fully operational
- Create, update, and distribute clear technical documentation, including onboarding materials and process diagrams
- Manage setup of local testing environments, including configuration of secure access methods like VPN and IP whitelisting
- Develop and oversee test execution plans in collaboration with internal departments and external partners
- Conduct validation of both technical and functional testing procedures
- Assist in troubleshooting and pinpoint technical shortcomings during system integration phases
- Ensure all documentation is stored centrally and kept current using platforms such as Jira and SharePoint
- Monitor project milestones and clearly report progress and obstacles to both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business, technical, and product units, as well as regional partners
- Provide support to product teams during pre-launch testing and issue resolution
Requirements
- At least five years of professional background in technical roles such as software development, networking, or telecommunications, followed by experience in project management
- Experienced in testing and troubleshooting APIs using tools like Postman and Swagger, with strong understanding of REST, JSON, and log analysis
- Capable of reading and comprehending technical specifications and system documentation
- Skilled in using project management tools including MS Project, Jira, and Excel
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of French is advantageous
- Familiarity with telecom systems such as SMS/USSD workflows, Direct Carrier Billing, SMPP, and OTP mechanisms is beneficial
- Willing to engage directly with partners via phone or in person to resolve critical issues
- Awareness of regional market dynamics and ability to communicate effectively with local stakeholders
