Responsibilities
- Manage core IT platforms including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID, handling user accounts, group policies, and access controls.
- Ensure system reliability through regular patching, endpoint maintenance, and continuous monitoring across all devices.
- Safeguard sensitive data by executing backup procedures, validating disaster recovery plans, and adhering to privacy regulations like FERPA.
- Provide backend infrastructure support for development teams working on core product offerings.
- Reduce manual effort by developing automation scripts using PowerShell or equivalent tools.
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking, and maintain clear documentation of solutions.
