Responsibilities
- Performs setup of new hire user accounts and deactivations.
- Provides end-user support onsite for remote employees.
- Installs, troubleshoots and maintains new IT equipment, including Mac/PC/Chromebook devices and peripheral devices related to factory infrastructure.
- Records, updates, and escalates requests using the Asana task system.
- Assists with the installation and maintenance of computer-driven manufacturing equipment.
- Other duties as requested to support our manufacturing and remote departments.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in information systems and/or IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, and Google) in information systems or equivalent work background.
- 1-3 Years of IT experience.
- Strong understanding of computer support methodologies and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with VMWare, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server products.
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wired and Wireless networking.
- Experience with Google Workspace and supporting SaaS-based software applications.
- Experience with computer-driven manufacturing equipment
