We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to deliver hands-on technical support to users throughout Latin America. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Your responsibilities will include configuring workstations, managing user accounts, and supporting remote access solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to technical support requests via email, phone, or remote tools
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Troubleshoot connectivity problems across wired and wireless networks
- Support cloud-based applications and collaboration platforms
- Document technical issues and resolution steps in the ticketing system
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in end-user support or helpdesk roles
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and basic firewall concepts
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
