Remote Recruitment is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our team. You will deliver IT support services to clients within the recruitment sector, ensuring efficient and high-quality technical assistance. You'll collaborate with a skilled technical team and work with modern infrastructure and cloud technologies.
What You'll Do
- Provide first and second-line IT support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Own and resolve customer service requests in alignment with SLA commitments.
- Monitor and meet internal KPIs focused on service speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle user onboarding and offboarding processes for client environments.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, and client network infrastructure.
- Conduct regular maintenance across network, workstation, cloud, and cyber security platforms.
- Deliver a professional support experience to all clients.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, Azure, and general IT infrastructure.
- Strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with internal MSP tools and support systems.
- Access to a laptop, reliable internet connection, and a quiet, professional remote working environment.

- Basic networking knowledge is advantageous.
