As an IT Support Engineer, you will directly interact with technological clients to address and resolve emerging technological challenges. The role demands exceptional customer engagement capabilities, robust communication skills, and adaptable professional demeanor capable of managing dynamic technological environments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Integral team member within the Helpdesk division
· Accountable for resolving customer technological inquiries and collaborative issue resolution
· Contribute to organizational initiatives as required
· Sustain transparent and effective customer communication channels
· Continuously pursue professional skill enhancement
· Generate and maintain comprehensive IT system documentation
Requirements
Skills / Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
· Minimum 3 years experience in comparable IT support environments
· Advanced proficiency in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory configurations
· Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, and desktop operating systems
· Comprehensive Microsoft 365 administrative knowledge
· Advanced network and firewall diagnostic capabilities
· Sophisticated understanding of email routing protocols
Advantageous Skills / Technologies:
· Automation scripting experience including PowerShell and Batch methodologies
· Virtualization technology expertise across VMware and Hyper-V platforms
· Comprehensive backup solution understanding, including Veeam and Zerto implementations
· Robust server and storage infrastructure comprehension
· Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert certification
· Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator credentials
