Tala is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join its team. This full-time role is based in Mexico City and operates on a hybrid work model.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user hardware and software
- Maintain and configure IT infrastructure and systems
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols
- Document processes and solutions for the internal knowledge base
- Collaborate on IT projects and system improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an IT support or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of common operating systems, productivity software, and networking fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills

This is a hybrid, full-time position based in Mexico City.
