Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and deploy hardware for new employees, including MacBooks using Kandji MDM and Windows laptops with Microsoft Intune as required.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues involving macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Zoom, and Microsoft 365.
- Support and maintain audiovisual systems and video conferencing tools such as Zoom Rooms, displays, cameras, and related peripherals.
- Assist with offboarding tasks, including collecting company devices, wiping data, and updating inventory records.
- Track and manage local IT equipment inventory to ensure accurate documentation and accountability of all assets.
- Refer complex technical or security-related incidents to the appropriate global IT, integrated support, or information security teams.
- Help build and maintain the internal IT knowledge base by recording solutions and standard support processes.
- Serve as the local point of contact between IT and the Helsinki office leadership for technology and facility needs.
- Coordinate logistics related to office technology, including workstation setups, office relocations, and hardware requests.
- Provide technical support for company events, all-hands meetings, and team gatherings, focusing on AV and equipment setup.
- Oversee relationships with local technology vendors, such as internet providers and hardware suppliers, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support physical security systems like access control readers and surveillance cameras in collaboration with Corporate Technology and Facilities teams.
- Handle shipping, receiving, and tracking of IT equipment using the organization's asset management platform (Workwize).

- Fluency in both Finnish and English is required.
- Expected to attend the office once per week.
- Primary on-site IT contact for the Helsinki location.
