Responsibilities
- Deploy and refine data loss prevention policies across SaaS platforms and managed Mac devices to prevent unauthorized exposure of protected health information with high detection accuracy.
- Implement and manage an AI-driven email security solution integrated with Google Workspace to detect and respond to phishing, business email compromise, malicious payloads, and vendor impersonation attacks.
- Optimize endpoint detection and response configurations across Mac devices to improve security posture, automate responses, and route alerts into incident workflows.
- Enforce secure configurations in identity and collaboration platforms by maintaining policies for multi-factor authentication, device trust, geographic access, and user lifecycle management, with infrastructure-as-code where feasible.
- Automate recurring security tasks including phishing simulations, access recertifications, configuration audits, and vulnerability rechecks, while generating actionable reports for leadership and compliance teams.
- Lead investigations into security incidents involving account breaches or sensitive data exposure, maintaining response playbooks and participating in on-call rotations.
- Integrate compliance evidence collection directly into security tools to support continuous, automated audits for HITRUST, HIPAA, and SOC 2 standards.
- Ensure operational continuity by maintaining up-to-date documentation for configurations, incident procedures, and system operations accessible to team members.
