Responsibilities
- Function as a hands-on, technical element of client project delivery, including but not limited to:
- Client onboardings and offboardings
- Network installations and migrations
- Windows server-to-server or server-to-cloud migrations
- Office builds and moves
- MDM/MAM + Conditional Access implementation
- Collaborate with project managers and account teams to provide regular updates and create and update documentation
- Function as an escalation point for resolution of project issues
- Travel to client sites across NYC and surrounding area for installations, assessments, and hands-on technical work (estimated 50–75%)
- Communicate clearly with clients, acting as a technical expert and trusted advisor
Requirements
- 3-5+ years IT MSP experience including a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on project engineering experience (mandatory)
- Strong experience implementing IT infrastructure projects from design through completion
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, AD, and common MSP toolsets (RMM, PSA)
- Solid understanding of CCNA-level networking
- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong aptitude for time and note entry within a PSA
- Understanding of predictive and hybrid project methodologies, including roles, responsibilities, and work breakdown structure (WBS)
- Located in or near New York City and able to comfortably travel to client sites as required

- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, PMI)
- Specific experience with: Microsoft Azure, 365, and SharePoint
- Meraki Networking
- Windows Server
- Modern security principals – MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, MDM, MAM
- ConnectWise PSA

Hybrid — New York City
