Responsibilities
- Handle daily IT support for approximately 75 employees, resolving over 75 tickets weekly covering software access, account setup, device issues, and general inquiries
- Manage end-to-end laptop operations including vendor cost evaluation, purchasing, deployment via Kandji, periodic refreshes, and recovery during both voluntary and involuntary departures
- Create and sustain automated workflows using Zapier, Okta, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack to reduce manual IT tasks
- Design internal tools and scripts that integrate with large language model APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini) to streamline ticket classification, documentation, onboarding processes, and other operational tasks
- Support IT compliance initiatives alongside the Director of InfoSec, including access audits, evidence gathering for SOC 2 and similar certifications, enforcing policies in Okta and Kandji, and validating offboarding procedures
- Collaborate with the Director of InfoSec and CFO to monitor software license renewals, negotiate costs, and identify opportunities to consolidate tools
- Administer key IT platforms—Kandji, Okta, Jira, SentinelOne, and Google Workspace—including configuration, integrations, and policy upkeep
- Carry out onboarding and offboarding IT procedures with same-day processing goals
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including runbooks, automation logic, vendor details, and hardware inventory
