Manage end-to-end lifecycle of corporate devices including acquisition, setup, servicing, issue resolution, factory resets, and reassignment
Handle access permissions and security configurations for non-critical systems, including admin group oversight and standard user provisioning
Ensure device-level security compliance through deployment and monitoring of antivirus and endpoint protection solutions
Oversee IT infrastructure for the San Jose office, including Wi-Fi networks, server room hardware, and videoconferencing systems
Deliver remote technical support for networking and audiovisual systems in the Hong Kong office
Address employee IT service requests promptly and clearly through a ticketing system
Maintain and manage internal IT platforms used across multiple departments
Assist in procurement, vendor contract discussions, and financial planning for business software and systems
Collaborate with Information Security to deliver employee training programs on cybersecurity topics such as phishing prevention
Contribute operational insights to improve device management strategies, including mobile device management tools
Support coordination with third-party vendors and resolution of service tickets for outsourced IT functions
