Responsibilities
- Identify and fix problems with IT systems by investigating underlying issues, applying efficient fixes, and recommending improvements through system updates and refined processes.
- Handle setup and removal of employee access during hiring and departure, including creating accounts, managing permissions, and securely retiring devices and system access.
- Set up, customize, and support company laptops using mobile device management platforms, ensuring alignment with security requirements and equipment tracking policies.
- Operate and manage identity provider systems like Okta, covering user lifecycle workflows, single sign-on integrations using SCIM, SAML, or OIDC, and access assignments based on group memberships.
- Maintain and improve IT infrastructure and software tools such as identity services, device management platforms, and cloud applications to ensure smooth operation and better user efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve connectivity problems related to local and wide area networks and other network infrastructure components.
- Support and repair audiovisual equipment used in meeting rooms to ensure reliable performance for collaboration.
- Install, configure, and oversee IT equipment, keep detailed records of assets and inventory, and document standard procedures while logging all incidents, service tickets, and changes.
