Responsibilities
- Collect and assess business requirements for new initiatives, system upgrades, and workflow optimizations
- Convert business objectives into detailed user stories, functional documentation, and testable acceptance conditions
- Collaborate with development and technical teams to ensure solution effectiveness and alignment
- Facilitate Agile processes including backlog refinement, sprint coordination, and change management
- Organize and oversee user acceptance testing to validate system outputs against business needs
- Evaluate potential risks, interdependencies, and areas for ongoing process enhancement
- Assist in software release cycles, deployment coordination, and updates to stakeholders
- Contribute to the modernization and risk reduction of critical business systems
