Investor Services ManagerThis role leads the delivery of investor-focused services within a global financial administration environment. You will manage a team of up to eight, overseeing daily operations, client reporting, and transaction processing while ensuring alignment with compliance, NAV, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Address escalated investor transaction inquiries and resolve complex AML/KYC documentation challenges in coordination with Compliance and MLRO
- Review redemption schedules, wire transfers, and investor transactions for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure timely resolution of aged items in bank reconciliations and audit-related items
- Oversee accurate and on-time delivery of investor reporting in line with client agreements
- Manage client onboarding documentation and maintain strong, consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews for the investor services team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, team structure, and service delivery
- Support annual fund audits and respond to investor audit requests promptly
- Maintain flexibility in a client-driven environment, adapting to evolving needs and priorities
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least five years of experience in hedge fund administration, including a minimum of three years in a supervisory role. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to determine when to escalate issues. Proficiency with technology and familiarity with financial systems are expected. Prior experience in alternative investment administration is a plus.
