Lago is hiring an Inventory Optimization Analyst to serve as a strategic resource within our Commercial Operations business unit. In this role, you will focus on the critical intersection of inventory, demand plans, and pricing to optimize performance across these key areas.
What You'll Do
- Model inventory sell-through scenarios focused on variables for demand, supply, and price.
- Analyze the financial measures related to scenario models, making recommendations to the VP Pricing and reporting on actuals.
- Manage the intake process for temporary price change requests and provide feedback to requestors and stakeholders.
- Support pricing management for 100,000+ SKUs based on explicit rules logic, alerting and recommending updates as changes occur.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience within a high-volume e-commerce environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; strong aptitude with numbers; retail math skills, understanding of scenario analysis, including price elasticity modeling.
- Ability to make decisions with limited information and synthesize large quantities of data to drive business decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills: concisely presents complex information and recommendations in terms meaningful to stakeholders.
- System proficiency with a strong emphasis on Excel and DOMO or similar BI tools.
- Advanced English Proficiency (Verbal and Written) at the C1 level.

- A background in Business Intelligence or Operational roles that include analytical decision making.
