Responsibilities
- Enter and process inventory transactions, including work orders, moves, adjustments, receipts, teardowns, restocks, and audit forms.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to missing products and discrepancies.
- Handle returns and damaged products.
- Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Maintain and organize inventory records and files.
- Operate a stock-picker forklift for various inventory tasks.
- Follow specific customer requirements for inventory management.
- Adhere to facility recycling and material handling procedures.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
- Follow all facility safety rules and procedures, including security requirements and accident/incident reporting.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Identify and address errors in inventory processes.
- Develop and maintain detailed work instructions for inventory tasks, collaborating with the inventory team and other departments as needed.
- Assist in creating training materials for new inventory team members.
- Obtain certification for forklift operation.
- Train in cycle counting procedures.
- Provide additional support and guidance when the team supervisor is absent.

- The shift schedule is Monday through Friday from 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
