Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through mock interviews and coaching sessions, helping them clearly communicate their qualifications and experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand the unique requirements of each role and ensure candidates are prepared accordingly.
- Offer valuable insights and constructive feedback to improve candidates’ interview confidence and technique.
- Support a positive candidate experience while maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout.
Requirements
- A fluent English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
- Organized, dependable, and professional in your approach.
- Familiar with common remote work tools such as Zoom, Slack, and Notion.
Nice to Have
- You have a general understanding of technical topics like Java, React, AWS, or similar—even if you're not a technical expert.
