Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
- Reliable access to a working webcam, microphone, and a stable Internet connection
- Are you currently located in Peru, and will you continue to reside there for the foreseeable future?
- Are you fluent in both written and spoken English?
- How many years of professional experience do you have in software engineering? (Internships do not count as professional experience.)
Nice to Have
- Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms)
