Responsibilities

- Respond to inquiries from students and families regarding policies
- Monitor student progress and intervene when academic issues arise
- Connect students with counseling, housing, and employment services
- Serve as a liaison between students and administrative offices
- Promote cross-cultural understanding across campus
- Track regulatory changes and update internal procedures
- Coordinate with external agencies on student immigration matters
- Help students prepare for post-graduation transitions
- Uphold confidentiality in all student interactions
