Lead international growth in a forward-moving company focused on expanding its global footprint. As an International Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of entering new markets and securing partnerships across retail, branding, and production-driven industries.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Scandinavia, Southern Europe, and the DACH region
- Create and implement strategies for market entry and regional expansion
- Manage every stage of the sales process—from first contact to signed agreement
- Establish trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in international organizations
- Work hand-in-hand with technical and operations teams to assess project feasibility and accurate costing
- Partner with marketing to shape messaging, prepare client presentations, and support go-to-market efforts
- Negotiate contracts with a focus on profitability and long-term value
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, competitor moves, and emerging market trends
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and cross-border discussions
What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B international sales, preferably in print, POS, retail, or manufacturing sectors
- Track record of successfully acquiring new clients in competitive markets
- Strong commercial judgment and advanced negotiation abilities
- Understanding of production workflows, materials, and technical constraints
- Ability to think strategically while executing with precision
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Readiness to travel internationally as needed
