Lead regional expansion for a forward-thinking provider of robotic packaging automation, with a strong focus on Europe and the Middle East. In this field-based role, you’ll take ownership of growing our market presence by building trusted relationships with customers and sales agents, while delivering tailored automation solutions that meet evolving industry needs.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive new business by identifying opportunities and converting prospects across core market sectors
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract closure—with precision and professionalism
- Expand the regional install base and strengthen the network of sales agents through strategic engagement
- Deliver accurate proposals and documentation, working closely with engineering to ensure solutions meet customer requirements
Collaboration & Customer Focus
Partner with internal technical teams to translate customer needs into viable automation concepts. Your customer-first approach will help build long-term trust and repeat business. You’ll maintain detailed CRM records and ensure seamless coordination between sales, engineering, and operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in solution-based sales, particularly with capital equipment, automation, or packaging systems
- Track record of managing international accounts and working with third-party agents
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a reliable, proactive, and independent mindset
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region, guided by opportunity and customer demand
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to manage a dynamic, territory-focused schedule
