Responsibilities
- Establishing a sales and loyalty strategy for each key account customer,
- Meeting and getting to know each key contact within our key account customers,
- Understanding and analyzing each customer’s needs and responding with a tailored solution,
- Building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Identifying opportunities and levers for developing the solution within the account (up-sell & cross-sell),
- Conducting sales negotiations and anticipating each contract renewal,
- Contributing to the animation of our customer community through partnerships and events.
Requirements
- You have already worked in a KAM position in the HRIS ecosystem for 4-5 years for huge groups and on a BtoB market.
