Requirements
- Knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 15 pounds (occasionally)
Nice to Have
- Current GPA of 3.3 or higher
- Passion for working for underserved communities
- Able to commit to working 40 hours per week
- At least 48 hours complete of college coursework, preferably in a program related to Business, Information Systems, or Human Resources
Additional Information
- Travel to IDEA training events or step-back may be required.
- Hours: Up to 40/week
- This is a temporary position lasting no more than 4.5 months with a target start date of May 2026
