Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in creative leadership for global brands, with a demonstrated track record of building highly strategic, integrated omni-channel creative across all disciplines.
- Beauty industry experience required.
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary creative departments.
- Ability to direct and coach, while also rolling up sleeves when needed.
- Celebrated Executive-level cross-functional collaborator — equally fluent in creative vision and business strategy; capable of connecting creative output to brand equity and commercial performance.
- Deep experience managing external agencies and holding them to rigorous brand standards.
- Celebrated people manager, inspiring mentor, and proven team builder with a coaching mindset.
- Portfolio demonstrating executed, ground-up 360 omni-channel brand Creative across branding, packaging and Omni-channel campaigns. Well versed in Brand Storytelling and Commercial landscape.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and listening skills; able to tailor communication style expertly to any audience, from Creative teams to the C-suite.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and knows how to align teams from top to bottom to move work forward decisively.

Additional Information
- Must be present in the NYC office 3 days per week: with ability to travel for shoot production.
