We are seeking an experienced Integration Architect to play a central role in advancing our Event-Driven Architecture (EDA) capabilities. In this position, you will help define the strategic direction for EDA across the organization and directly support teams in implementing effective, future-ready solutions on the EBS platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape and evolve the enterprise-wide Event-Driven Architecture strategy.
- Guide development teams and business units in applying EDA patterns, ensuring consistency with architectural standards.
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers, supporting the design of event-driven systems using Kafka, Confluent Cloud, and related technologies.
- Advance the EBS platform by integrating new tools, services, and capabilities that improve scalability and reliability.
- Support the adoption of managed components such as Schema Registry, Kafka Connect, and Flink within the Confluent ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, design patterns, and best practices for event-driven integration.
- Lead design reviews and ensure customer projects align with EDA principles and platform goals.
- Design reusable architectural assets to reduce duplication and accelerate delivery across initiatives.
- Work closely with product teams, platform engineers, and developers to deliver high-impact technical outcomes.
- Share knowledge through workshops, training sessions, and mentoring to strengthen EDA expertise company-wide.

This role supports remote work from anywhere within Spain, offering flexibility while remaining integrated with cross-functional teams.
