Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains business rules for personal insurance offerings across states using rule-based systems
- Programs and builds logic using rule engine technology
- Conducts analysis, defines specifications, develops solutions, documents processes, tests functionality, and supports training efforts
- Collaborates with product management to adjust or create rules based on analytical findings or business needs
- Designs, codes, and validates business rule implementations
- Follows software development lifecycle practices to integrate rules within IT systems
- Creates and executes comprehensive test plans for rule deployment
