Valatam was looking for an Insurance Admin/Back-office Assistant - Remote

Valatam, a company certified as a Great Place to Work for the 2025-2026 period, is hiring an organized Bilingual Back-office Assistant. This is a 100% remote role where you will be assigned to a client placement with a growing US insurance company.

What You'll Do

  • Handle Notices Of Cancellation.
  • Review and update policies.
  • Process BOR/Loss Run Request Letters and certificates/Binders.
  • Handle Acord Applications.
  • Process Motor Vehicle Reports and Auto ID Cards.
  • Handle Carrier Downloads.
  • Manage billing enquiries, endorsements, and quoting.
  • Perform data entry and internal reporting tasks.
  • Manage emails and communication with customers.
  • Perform other similar or related tasks.

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual language proficiency.
  • Background and experience in the insurance industry.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Ability to handle a variety of administrative and back-office tasks.

Work Mode

This is a 100% remote position with a global work mode.
