Responsibilities
- Perform urgent repairs during off-hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Install, diagnose, test, and calibrate electrical and electronic instruments and systems, particularly those connected to high-capacity chiller units and industrial process controls.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and service electrical systems and controls, including variable frequency drives, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), motor control centers, and Foxboro DCS platforms.
- Service and maintain electrical switchgear and power distribution systems rated up to 4160 volts.
- Diagnose and repair issues in communication networks, including fiber optic and Ethernet-based infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Engineering, Mechanical Maintenance, and external contractors to provide technical support.
- Keep accurate records and manage necessary materials to ensure reliable operation of electrical and electronic systems.
