In this remote role based in Mexico, you'll develop clear, interactive learning experiences that guide users through product features, best practices, and real-world application. Your work will directly support customer confidence, retention, and effective use of key tools.
What You'll Do
- Lead the full instructional design cycle—from analysis and prototyping to development and evaluation—ensuring content meets learning goals and quality benchmarks.
- Build dynamic digital courses and modules using tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia, focusing on usability, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
- Incorporate performance-based assessments to evaluate skill mastery and guide learner progress.
- Apply agile methods to deliver high-quality content efficiently, adapting quickly to product updates and customer needs.
- Partner with teams across Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align training with real-world workflows and user challenges.
- Use learner data and feedback to refine content, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
- Explore AI-powered tools to enhance design processes, reduce production time, and scale content delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven background in instructional design, particularly in customer-facing training and product onboarding.
- Strong grasp of learning theory, curriculum structure, and scalable content development.
- Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring platforms and multimedia editing software.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives with precision and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams to gather insights and maintain content accuracy.
- Comfort working with analytics to assess learning effectiveness and guide revisions.
