Responsibilities
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create blended learning programs that support organizational objectives
- Use adult learning principles and research-backed design methods to build effective training experiences
- Develop blended learning solutions combining formats such as eLearning, self-directed modules, live virtual sessions, and practical on-the-job tasks
- Maintain consistent, accessible, and relevant instructional content across all delivery platforms
- Utilize generative AI technologies, including building and implementing custom AI models, to enhance learning delivery
- Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and communication processes to ensure timely completion of learning projects
