This role is responsible for shaping and delivering a unified instructional design framework to support global Product Training initiatives. You will partner with sales, product, and senior leadership to assess training needs, design targeted learning experiences, and ensure programs drive measurable improvements in team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute an instructional design strategy that supports the organization’s strategic goals, enhancing the effectiveness of product and sales teams.
- Collaborate with executives and functional leaders to align training initiatives with business priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Identify skill and knowledge gaps through data analysis and stakeholder input, then design learning solutions that meet both immediate and long-term objectives.
- Establish standardized frameworks and certification processes to ensure consistency and scalability across global business units.
- Measure program success using performance data and feedback, refining approaches to improve learning outcomes and business impact.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to guide decision-making and support the successful rollout of training initiatives.

- Proven background in instructional design, particularly in product training and sales enablement, with a focus on delivering tangible business results.
- Strong project management experience leading global, cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse teams and leadership.
