Responsibilities
- Supports engineers and technicians in positioning and pre-configuring infrastructure components.
- Carries out physically demanding tasks at installation sites to support daily operational needs.
- Helps transport equipment, racks, containers, and pallets as needed.
- Aids in returning work areas to their original state after installations.
- Handles disposal of waste and debris generated during project work.
- Conducts site setup and execution tasks necessary for approved internal and external cabling solutions.
- Supports installation of data and communication cabling, along with racks and hardware enclosures.
- Adheres to established protocols and instructions provided by supervisors or lead personnel.
- May support testing and verification efforts under direction.
- Performs cable management, labeling, and recordkeeping tasks.
- Assists in post-project restoration to revert facilities to pre-project conditions.
- Applies basic technical principles and methods to assigned tasks.
- Monitors and reports progress of assignments to supervising staff.
- Maintains records and updates logs according to instructions.
- Works under oversight but is capable of independent execution on complex tasks; may guide less experienced team members.
