Responsibilities
- Supports engineers and technicians in positioning and pre-configuring infrastructure components.
- Executes physically demanding tasks at installation locations to support daily operational needs.
- Helps transport equipment, racks, containers, and pallets as required.
- Aids in cleaning and returning workspaces to their original state post-installation.
- Handles disposal of waste and debris in accordance with site guidelines.
- Conducts site setup and deployment tasks necessary for executing approved ISP/OSP designs.
- Supports the installation of ISP/OSP cabling, racks, cabinets, and related hardware.
- Adheres to established workflows and instructions provided by supervisors or lead engineers.
- May support testing and verification efforts under supervision.
- Performs cable management, labeling, and maintains accurate installation records.
- Assists in returning sites to pre-project conditions after work completion.
- Applies foundational technical knowledge and standard practices to assigned tasks.
- Monitors progress and reports task status to supervisory personnel.
- Maintains updated logs and reports as instructed.
- Works under oversight but is capable of independent execution on intricate tasks; may guide less experienced team members.
