We’re seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to lead new business development across the APAC mid-market segment. Based in Tokyo, you’ll play a key role in expanding our B2B customer base by identifying prospects, initiating outreach, and guiding opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach through calls and emails to generate new leads and schedule client meetings
- Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to contract activation
- Communicate fluently in both Japanese and English, both verbally and in writing
- Maintain an active pipeline by consistently identifying and engaging potential customers
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource on our product suite, staying current with updates and new features
- Collaborate with team members through role-playing and call shadowing to strengthen sales techniques
- Use Salesforce to track account progress, pipeline status, and customer interactions
- Support proposal reviews and coordinate next steps with prospects
What You Bring
- At least three years of experience selling software, ideally to IT teams
- Proven success exceeding sales targets and managing full-cycle sales
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
- Familiarity with identity and access management solutions, including privileged access management (PAM)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and web-based demo platforms
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on deadlines and accuracy
- A results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
Preferred Background
- Degree in a related field
- Experience in cybersecurity or information security sectors
- Problem-solving aptitude and comfort with CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
