About the Role

This role involves identifying and contacting potential clients, guiding them through the sales process, and closing deals to meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls and emails to prospective customers
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices
  • Stay informed about product features and updates
  • Respond to customer inquiries about pricing and services
  • Schedule product demonstrations for interested parties
  • Qualify incoming leads for sales readiness
  • Build relationships with new clients during onboarding
  • Escalate technical issues to appropriate departments
  • Participate in regular performance review meetings
  • Adhere to company sales processes and compliance standards
  • Use CRM software to track progress and outcomes
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer responses
  • Support marketing initiatives with customer insights
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications
  • Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques
  • Work within defined guidelines while pursuing targets

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Prior experience in healthcare technology sales
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Experience using dialer software
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations in customer data handling
